The summer heat is in! Although not much time can be spent in the garden due to the heat, there are some disappointments, but there are still things that are productive in the garden.
We have acquired some Oral history interviews of Reuben and Iris from the Local studies collection at the Nedlands library. Several generations of the Lane family celebrated Mothers Day at the Smith family home in City Beach with Mona Lane. Siblings Reuben, Don and Iris, together with spouses and their children seemed to be having a happy time together sharing the day with their Mother/Grandmother.
